American Woodland's Water Effects formula is used to model fast-moving water features such as waterfalls, rushing streams, waves or rough water. It is great for creating winter effects such as icicles and other ice-like elements. Water Effects can be molded, retains its shape and remains flexible. Allow to dry until it becomes transparent. Use on fully dried Realistic Water™, EZ Water™ or Deep Pour Water™ to add the effect of moving water. Non-toxic product.
